On Tuesday, November 8, from 12:00 Noon to 12:45, we will be holding an Information Rally in front of the main WCB building at 333 Broadway.  We encourage all CUPE 1063 members at WCB to come outside the building and join the rally!

The rally is an opportunity for CUPE 1063 members to hear more about the key issues at stake in collective bargaining, and to show their support for the Bargaining Committee and their fellow members. We need to show that we are united, and that we deserve better in the workplace.

WCB staff have worked hard to make WCB a strong, successful organization. But we are certainly not being treated that way. Please join our rally to show our employer that WCB staff deliver important services and deserve fairness.

Please note that this is not a job action. You should only attend if you are not scheduled to be at work during that time. We must also ensure activities take place off the employer’s premises, which in this case will mean the sidewalks and boulevard if necessary. We must also provide safe sidewalk access for pedestrians as well as access to and from the WCB building. Further instructions will be provided at the event.
