What previous positions have you held at the WCB if any? Payment Assessor, Case Management Representative, Assessment Account Representative, Supervisor, Assessment Accounts, Assessment Business Analyst, Supervisor Assessment Program Services.

When did you become involved with the union? 2020

What positions, including your current position, have you held in the union? Executive Officer

What made you want to become more involved in the union? The union was there to help and support me through some difficult situations when I first started my career at the WCB.  I knew one day I wanted to give back.

What do you find most gratifying about being part of the union executive? Helping and supporting people through challenging situations.

What is the most frustrating thing about being part of the union executive? The roadblocks that we face when trying to help our members.  Sometimes the simplest, easiest solution feels like the biggest battle.

Why should someone consider becoming a part of the union executive? The union executive is a great place to help your co-workers and is a platform to have your voice heard to make improvements to your workplace
