When did you become involved with the union? Start of 2019

· Executive Officer – Feb 2020 to current
· JJE committee member – Jan 2019 to current
· JPAC committee member – Jan 2020 to current
What made you want to become more involved in the union? The desire to learn more about the role of the union in our workforce and to be help out my fellow brothers and sisters.
What do you find most gratifying about being part of the union executive? Building solidarity with my brothers and sisters and seeing how powerful our voice can be when we work together.
What is the most frustrating thing about being part of the union executive? The lack of communication from the executive and feeling like our members are being kept in the dark about future plans
Why should someone consider becoming a part of the union executive? It is a great way to meet more people, learn some new skills and help move the union forward.
